This year, Vention's Slovakian team is launching the QA Pulse initiative to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing IT landscape. About the initiative: “Our goals with this initiative are to expand into new market segments, develop new QA technical expertise, and stay updated with emerging QA trends,” explains Siarhei Seniuk, group manager of QA. Meet the Slovakian QA team: "In my 11 years in QA, I've worked in both technical and managerial roles," says Siarhei. "Starting as a QA automation engineer, I moved into managing teams and developing client solutions across the EU, UK, and UAE. The QA Pulse initiative is an exciting project, allowing us to reshape our approach to QA in response to current IT market challenges. It’s a valuable internal project, helping us adapt our methods of delivering QA services, explore new client strategies, and enhance our technical offerings." “I began my career in manual QA and later transitioned into QA automation. The diversity and innovation in QA have always driven me," adds QA lead Valentyna Koriakina. "The variety of project approaches, tools, and methods in QA keeps me engaged in ensuring product quality. I'm inspired by exploring new trends and tools and applying them to the projects I work on. I enjoy sharing my expertise through publications and webinars. For me, the Initiative is an opportunity to stay current and adapt to the evolving IT landscape." What's next?
