🚲Working Together For Clear Sidewalks🛴 This week, the Clean Streets Team kicked off in Queens, NY - a collaborative effort between Veo, Bird, and Lime to keep e-scooter parking areas neat and organized. We're proud to partner with the New York City Department of Transportation on the Queens shared e-scooter program, which has quickly become popular since launching this summer, with tens of thousands of riders completing over 300,000 trips to date. The program offers a sustainable, convenient way for residents to travel around the borough, with many rides connecting people to important destinations such as work, transit, and opportunities for social connection. Our Clean Streets Team patrols our service area in Queens every day to ensure e-scooters are properly parked in designated parking zones. We're also conducting rider education to help our riders understand the rules of the road as they get used to this new program. We’re excited to continue this coordinated investment with fellow micromobility operators to make e-scooters work for everyone while integrating seamlessly into Queens neighborhoods.

We’re tackling one of micromobility’s biggest challenges: Parking 🛴💡 Parking might seem simple, but sometimes our riders need a nudge to get it right. That’s why Veo is partnering with Captur to bring its AI parking assistant to our 50+ U.S. markets. Captur is integrated directly into the end-of-ride process within the Veo app. Riders simply snap a photo at the end of their trip, and Captur’s AI instantly checks compliance with local regulations before allowing them to complete their ride. 📍 In November, Veo will activate Captur in: • Washington, DC • Queens and the Bronx, NY • College Park, MD & the University of Maryland • West Lafayette, IN & Purdue University • Veo’s home base of Santa Monica, CA For micromobility to succeed, we need to be great neighbors.
