We are so proud of Derek Williams, CFA, CFP®. This is an amazing accomplishment, and we're looking forward to how this will positively impact our clients for years to come!
After a strenuous four years, I've passed all three exams and met the requirements to become a CFA® charterholder. This journey has had lots of ups and downs; I've gotten married, had two children, switched jobs, and moved to a new house, all while continuing my candidacy. It's been a wild ride to say the least! My wife Caitlin Rollins deserves her own charter, enduring many nights as a single Mom while I studied another formula or finished one more mock exam. She has kept the train on the tracks for four years and I think she's even happier than I am about achieving this goal. I would encourage anyone who wants to develop a wide skill set in the investment industry to pursue the CFA® charter, it is a lot of work, but well worth the effort. CFA Institute CFA Program
