Created and led by Carol Schultz (connect at linkedin.com/in/carolbschultz/), Vertical Elevation aims to optimize your company's operations and communication strategy to attract and retain the best talent. This is the most effective way to decrease internal costs and increase profit margins. Drawing on over 30 years of experience, Carol is a trusted partner to her clients. She diligently sees each through a one-of-a-kind process she developed while successfully working with companies across a wide variety of specialties and industries. After an initial evaluation, the executive leadership team (and board if needed) is carefully guided through targeted discovery, training, and coaching sessions that lead to the creation of a roadmap for use by the entire organization. This roadmap empowers employees at every level to make better decisions, deploy improved communications, and ultimately rise to a new output level. The experience is unique—no other program is set up to target the executive team in this way. This new roadmap is also used as a base for clients to continue their growth within the organization and bring on new talent who match their vision. Aligning talent strategy with business strategy allows executives to create and manage an optimal career path, improve their overall leadership skills, and build effective teams to attain the goals of the company. Vertical Elevation offers a premiere leadership cohort designed primarily for emerging, mid-level, and executive female leaders called Women Ascending. Carefully curated groups combine no more than eight ladies with two leadership coaches for six months in a supportive environment that encourages incredible growth.
