Today we celebrate George's 3rd Vertosary! George has tackled a wide range of operational challenges since first joining our team, having a background in analytical chemistry and lab testing. His holistic knowledge of our business helps him implement cross-functional solutions that provide our clients with safe, reliable, high-quality ingredients across markets. When not in the lab, George can be found in the kitchen crafting the best beignets in the East Bay or on the field with his rec soccer team, the THC FC. Here's to another year of infusing the world with George's help!

As you've likely heard, last Friday, September 6, 2024, Governor Gavin Newsom announced emergency regulations aimed at banning any detectable levels of THC in retail hemp products in California. While unexpected - the press conference was announced the day prior - it was not a surprising move understanding the history of cannabis regulation in the state and the desperation to do something in the face of yet another failed legislation...
