We are pleased to share that Scott Nichols has joined us at (VETS) Veteran Enhanced Technology Solutions as a Senior Engagement Manager! 🎉 Scott brings with him 35 years of project management experience, having collaborated on over 50 different projects across federal, state, commercial, and non-profit organizations, all ranging from small internal projects to large multi-year, multi-million-dollar implementations. He also has 7 years of Service now experience, overseeing single and multi-module implementations. Already in this new role, Scott has effectively focused his efforts on hands-on project management with multiple clients; and we have no doubt he will continue to bring success to the team. Outside of work, Scott enjoys cooking, is passionate about youth mentorship, and is into home improvement. 🎉 We are thrilled to welcome Eugene Batsuk to the VETS team as a Senior Engagement Manager. 🎉   Before joining VETS, Eugene started his IT career as a computer lab assistant at Lipscomb University in Nashville, where he attained his Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Throughout his professional career, he has worked at Cigna, Willis Towers Watson, Deloitte, Infor, and Gordian Health Solutions, where he was instrumental in their growth from a start-up organization until their acquisition by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee. He has served his community through volunteer work- acting as an Academic Advisor for the Stratford STEM Magnet High School, Nashville Chamber of Commerce, & Nashville Technology Council, to name a few. Additionally, he was nominated for the Nashville Emerging Leaders Award in recognition of his service on multiple boards in the emerging IT arena.   Eugene is a certified Executive, Leadership, and Career Coach specializing in IT Executive, Leadership, and Career Coaching. With a genuine dedication to nurturing talent, he extends coaching and mentoring services to technology leaders and emerging IT professionals in local and global capacities. His mission is to guide clients toward realizing their aspirations, conquering obstacles, and unleashing their full potential.   In his free time, Eugene has completed several marathons and triathlons, including the Augusta 70.3 Ironman, and continues to be an avid member of running and triathlon clubs in Nashville.
