SOUND ON!! VibrantCare has concluded our twice yearly Continuing Education Weekend in our second largest market, Arizona. The Tempe clinic, located in Phoenix’s East Valley, generously hosted the Vestibular and Concussion course, with record breaking numbers of VibrantCare clinicians from Texas, New Mexico, Sac and Bay Markets in CA and of course AZ. Known amongst staff for their team bonding, building and a good time, attendees participated in several activities Saturday night, including a Team Selfie Scavenger Hunt. Teams were provided a list of team selfies/videos to take, including fitting into a very small space, dramatic reading of company mission statement, field sobriety test done in unison and 22 others. Take a moment to enjoy a brief video of the highlights of the scavenger hunt, put together, in the wee hours of the morning, by our very own Srishti Chauhan, Bay Area Clinical Operations Director, who had it ready for lunchtime viewing the next day. Providing Continuing Education Weekends are just one of the many benefits VibrantCare prides itself on providing for its staff. Already in the works for Spring 2025 is Pelvic Health Therapy. Come join our team and find out what everyone is talking about! “Thank you for providing the opportunity to attend the course. As much as I was excited to learn from the course, I was more thrilled that I got a chance to meet my heroes of the VCR family, David, Missy, Kerilyn, Cassie and Srishti, to name a few. 2024 Q3 Winner: Zaena Alzahrawi, Sugar Land’s Super Star Aide extraordinaire Zaina has been a wonderful member of the Sugar Land, TX clinic team for the last year. She has had stellar contributions to clinic organization, reports and clean up, but is regularly seen going above and beyond to help create the best patient experience possible. She is engaging with all who enter the clinic and works incredibly hard to ensure patient needs are met, every time. Over the last few months, she has also increased her footprint and knowledge base, helping out the CBO team in the scheduling department as needed, affecting every market in the company. Zaina always takes the next step to ensure success within the VibrantCare organization as a whole, regardless of the capacity in which she is called to serve. Most recently, she made herself available for another clinic in need with aide training! Zaena is a “YES” person, always willing to step up and complete what needs to be done for the TEAM.
