Last week, MGM Resorts International announced that it had signed a purchase power agreement with Escape Solar LLC that will more than double MGM’s access to clean solar electricity. Yesterday, our partners at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas unveiled their newly remodeled convention center. VICI is proud to partner with operators who are continually reinvesting in and reimagining spaces within our properties. Last week, the VICI team volunteered with The Child Center of NY at their Head Start facility in Queens. The Child Center of NY strengthens children and families with skills, opportunities, and emotional support to build healthy, successful lives. The program was founded in 1953 and has become a powerful community presence throughout the city with more than 60 locations and 100 programs. The VICI team spent time playing with and reading to students, planted fresh flowers for the playground, and cleaned up the backyard to expand the school’s outdoor recreational space.
