In 1992, Arturo Norat and Shayra Santiago opened a side-of-the-road food joint selling BBQ Chicken in their native Coamo: Viktor Pollo. Bringing customers the wonderful taste of home through fresh, quality products at great prices, today, 28 years later, Viktor Pollo stays dedicated to providing the communities they serve a delicious menu of affordable, fresh, quality products and a unique, secret recipe of BBQ Chicken, ribs, rice and vegetables to customers in 8 locations in Puerto Rico and Florida, delivering that wholesome, home-cooked taste that has enamored guests for almost three decades.
