Awesome feedback for our team member, Allen Hufnagle! Thank you, Allen, for your commitment to superior customer service!   Vintage Hill Consulting was supporting a client in their transition between HRIS platforms when the client was impacted by a hurricane. Despite losing power for several days, the client was determined to process payroll and ensure their employees were taken care of during the crisis. However, they ran into a critical issue with their old platform’s live payroll, which Tech Support could not resolve. Although it was outside of our contract, Allen, drawing on his extensive HRIS expertise, stepped in to address the issue that Tech Support couldn’t fix.
