We're delighted to give you a sneak peek of VMFA's expansion and renovation project! • This expansion and renovation project will enable the museum to share more art, welcome more visitors, and provide more enjoyment on a seamless journey through the collections. • This is the largest expansion and renovation project in the museum’s history. • We'll have more space for galleries, special events, art conservation, and a new café and bar. COMING THIS SPRING 🌺 "Frida: Beyond the Myth" will open at VMFA on April 5, 2025! Explore the life of renowned Mexican artist Frida Kahlo through an extraordinary showcase of some of her most important self-portraits, still lifes, portraits, and more.
