The Virginia Cyber Range seeks to increase the number of fully prepared students entering the cybersecurity workforce in operations, development, and research. The VA Cyber Range is a Commonwealth of Virginia initiative with a mission to enhance cybersecurity education for students in the Commonwealth’s public high schools, colleges, and universities. The Virginia Cyber Range provides an extensive Courseware Repository for educators and a cloud-hosted Exercise Area environment for hands-on cybersecurity labs and exercises for students.

🚀 Virginia High School Cyber Teams, Get Ready for the Commonwealth Cyber Cup! 🚀 The Commonwealth Cyber Cup, Virginia’s premier high school Capture the Flag (CTF) competition, is set for an electrifying final event on March 1st at Germanna Community College’s Daniel Technology Center in Culpeper, VA! 🔹 30 teams from high schools across Virginia have been sharpening their cybersecurity skills. 🔹 These students will put their problem-solving, teamwork, and ethical hacking abilities to the test in a high-stakes CTF competition. 🔹 The best and brightest will battle it out for the title of Virginia’s top high school cyber team! Last year’s competition was an incredible showcase of Virginia’s top high school cybersecurity talent.
