Here’s a (delayed) announcement… We raised a $3M Seed round, led by Mike Maples, Jr at Floodgate. 🎉 We’re also fortunate to have added a roster of incredible angel investors, which includes several people who have built products we love and use internally: - Chris Prucha (Co-founder @ Notion & Origin) - Russ Heddleston (Co-founder @ DocSend & Distill) - Richard Ward (Chief Design Officer @ Otter.ai; prev. CEO @ MetaLab) While we closed the round over the summer, we’ve been very busy in the months since. All of our time has gone to making Visily into the product we ourselves have always needed: a place to quickly convey product ideas that get buy-in from teammates, executives, and clients—without having to spend frustrating hours and days learning the software. The experience of an "AI assistant" for specific tasks feels much more exciting to me than the "AI-will-replace-us-all-and-take-our-jobs-and-raise-our-kids" narrative. In Visily's last release, we started down the path of bundling the disparate AI capabilities of our platform into a single chat UI. Though only in beta currently, it already feels so much closer to the experience I personally want from an AI assistant: It's multi-modal, meaning we don't limit interactions to just text inputs (and consequently it doesn't *force you* to use text for unnatural experiences like editing an output). It lives on the canvas. This is more of a UX thing, but I personally love the little reminder that I can get assistance without disrupting my experience with large overlays or pop-ups. It's set up nicely for scale. Previously, there was no "mediation layer" to interpret inputs and make decisions about what to do next. We're in the early stages of this, but I love that the current experience can easily expand to new modalities & interactions without increasing the decision-making burden on the user. Anyway, still very early but excited by the possibilities this creates for product teams building new experiences! #productmanagement #ai #productdesign

I'm unreasonably excited about our recently released "Synced Templates" at Visily... 😍 If you're a non-designer trying to create multiple screens in a wireframe or prototype, it makes bulk updates so much faster. #productmanagement #ux #design
