Today, the Vision Technologies Women's Network Employee Resource Group hosted an inspiring fireside chat with Vision Co-President Allison Campitelli and BGE VP of HR Jen Herwig to discuss personal experiences, mentorship stories, professional development tips, and more. Jen shared insights from her leadership roles at Constellation, Under Armour, Wells Fargo, and T. Rowe Price to the Women's Network in-person and virtual attendees.
