The development is a joint venture between Atlantic American Partners, Township Capital and Vista, with financing provided by Trustmark Bank and First National Bank. Vista Residential Partners has successful completed the sale of 300 Class A apartment units known as Sweetwater Vista Apartments. The project located in Douglasville, Georgia, a rapidly growing Atlanta suburb, was the first multifamily development delivered to the market in over a decade. Sweetwater Vista proved to be another example of Vista's ability to identify underserved housing markets. Synovus Bank provided construction financing for the project. A joint venture among BCDC and Blue Vista Asset Management LLC., Eduardo de Guardiola’s Family Office, (principal and founder of Vista), provided the equity.
