We're very excited to announce a new partnership with TownSteel Inc. We have been asked to design and execute a new campaign focused on driving awareness of TownSteel's new strategy of contributing to the need to improve school safety strategy and adoption for schools across the country (which will be far more reaching than just designing and manufacturing ground breaking new products). Why are we excited about this new relationship? What an honor to produce this video for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Public School Foundation in celebration of 40 years service. We interviewed an insane number of people who are or were involved over those years. Their stories became the story of the video which premiered this weekend to 650 attendees at the gala. We were hosting a small website for a non-profit which included the ability to take donations on-line. After some time we started noticing multiple failed transaction payment attends all at around $25 each. Initially it was because these were cancelled credit cards but Stripe, our payment gateway soon blocked the source of these. We contacted Stripe to ask them what was going on and they advised us this was cyber criminals testing credit cards numbers to see if any would work so they could use the working cards to fraudulently steal. Thankfully our gateway (Stripe) was taking care of things but goes to show, we all need to be on our toes at the increasingly sophisticated cyber crime occurring however unfortunately not everyone is as protected as we were as outlined in this illuminating article. #cyberattacks #cybercrime #frauddetection https://lnkd.in/ekfAeA6y

In this Blog post, David Priemer discusses the concept of the customer experience in the context of the selling /buying experience. However these principles apply to the customer experience at all levels with an organization as he states with this wonderful quote: "People don’t love companies because of their physical products. They love them because of the experiences they create." That's why this resonates so well with us and what we focus on for our customers. Although we deliver marketing outcomes, our true focus is on the purpose of marketing which is (or should be1) to help new and existing audiences (including customers) have a differentiated experience with you and your products and services. This then covers marketing fundamentals such as your simple, easy to understand value proposition, clarity of all content including website content; and extends to the engagement processes e.g. the chatbot experience. In using your website chatbot, is it quick and fast to reach a real person or does it feel like everything possible is being done to avoid me talking to a real person? These are important issues and must be thoroughly though through tested. SO it's more than just marketing, it about all facets of how your audiences experience you.
