#TeamVizy has been busy #LookingLocalEverywhere ✈️ As part of our commitment to our "Work Hard, Play Hard" philosophy, we encourage our team to take time away from the office and support local businesses while doing so. Recently, our Quality Control Specialist, Daven Ngo, made the trek to Dillon, CO, with a few of his closest friends to experience Illenuim at the Dillon Amphitheater. He loved sightseeing and taking in the gorgeous Colorado landscape. He and his partner went to Scenic View Point to overlook Dillon Reservoir Lake. They also enjoyed brunch and margaritas at Tocko in Frisco, CO, a big highlight of their trip. When we asked Daven what advice he would give to someone thinking about traveling to Colorado, he said, "Check out the town of Frisco. Lots of local businesses, from tourist shops to restaurants. Beautiful view of the mountains from that area as well! The Dillon Reservoir Marina entrance is also just across the street! It's an all-in-one area to check out!" We're glad that Daven had a fun break from the daily grind and supported local along the way. Where should #TeamVizy visit next?

#TeamVizy is all about looking local everywhere, and Arizona is one of our favorite spots to visit! One of our Risk & Compliance Specialists, Melissa Say, recently traveled to Scottsdale, AZ, for quality time with her daughter, Kat. They decided to ditch the usual travel itinerary and go with the flow. This gave them the chance to explore new places and try new things! They enjoyed yummy acai bowls from Playa Bowls, and even though the temps were high, they stopped for some pho from Hello Vietnam in Scottsdale. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the food really hit the spot! When asked if she had any advice for people traveling to AZ, Melissa said," Stay hydrated, do lots of sightseeing, explore different areas, support locals, and take lots of pics/videos!". We're glad Melissa was able to enjoy some mother-daughter bonding time! Where should #TeamVizy travel next?

Help us congratulate Mana and Melissa on their 3-year #Workiversary! These two started on the same day but in different departments. Mana has led the Operations team as the Tech Operations Director since day one. Mana's favorite thing about #TeamVizy is the dynamic pace and our culture. Working with a diverse group that is bought into one vision of growth is rewarding. Everyone genuinely has a work hard, play hard mentality. Ten months ago, Mana was sipping on gin & juice, but life goes on when he's having nuthin' but a g thing on his daily commute! Since we've known him, Mana has always put family first. Most of the time, he takes the kids to practice and games. He credits his kids for inspiring him to do better, level up, and show up. Meanwhile, Melissa, one of our Risk and compliance Specialists, has had a busy year leveling up and learning about the underwriting process while staying on top of our merchants issues. Inspired by family, Melissa likes to spend time with her daughter Kat. They go on a "bonding trip" yearly to make time for each other. She works to be a positive example for her daughter, so you'll find her trying a new sport, on the court, at the gym, or on the green. TeamVizy is inspired by these two individuals day in and day out. Their commitment to themselves, their loved ones, their teams, and our culture is unmatched. Happy Workiversary, Mana and Melissa!
