After two days with incredible YPO members at our AI in Retail Transformation workshop at the Vjal Institute, one thing is clear: AI isn’t just the future; it’s the present. We were amazed by some features of ChatGPT like strawberry and canvas. We used features for customer loyalty, stock optimization, internal audit, warehousing… completely mind blowing. I am not going to sleep for the next week!!! So from enhancing customer experiences, optimizing supply chains or analyzing data, AI is reshaping retail as we know it. Leaders in the industry must embrace AI to stay competitive, adapt to customer demands, and drive business growth.
