After two days with incredible YPO members at our AI in Retail Transformation workshop at the Vjal Institute, one thing is clear: AI isn’t just the future; it’s the present. We were amazed by some features of ChatGPT like strawberry and canvas. We used features for customer loyalty, stock optimization, internal audit, warehousing… completely mind blowing. I am not going to sleep for the next week!!! So from enhancing customer experiences, optimizing supply chains or analyzing data, AI is reshaping retail as we know it.
