The American Cancer Society estimates for ovarian cancer in the United States for 2024 are: About 19,680 women will receive a new diagnosis of ovarian cancer. About 12,740 women will die from ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths among women. Last Friday NiSUS held a charity golf tournament event to raise money to fight this ongoing battle. VOCO had the opportunity to be involved and had a great time teaming up with others who also believe that beating cancer is a priority in this country and around the world. Thankfully the Crowdstrike outage didn’t impact us here at VOCO, LLC. But it did present the aspect of making sure that having a contingency plan is extremely important for these types of incidents.
