Vohra Wound Physicians welcomes Dr. Brian Klink, M.D., as the latest addition to our practice. Dr. Klink was born in Danville, Illinois, and graduated as Valedictorian of Georgetown High School, Georgetown, Illinois, in 1975. He proceeded to the University of Illinois and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1979. Honors he received include graduating Cum Laude with Honors, Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Eta Sigma. Dr. Klink next attended Northwestern Medical School, Chicago, Illinois, where he graduated Alpha Omega Alpha in 1983. His internship followed at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center, Chicago. After completing one year, he began his military career at Peterson AFB, CO, where he served as a general medical officer and Officer in Charge of the Emergency Department. After his first tour of duty, he returned to training at Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, where he completed his General Surgery residency in 1992. There he was awarded the Chairman’s Award. His Plastic Surgery training followed at Wilford Hall Medical Center, TX. Upon completion of that training he became Chief of Plastic Surgery at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA. He left active duty at Travis AFB in July 2000, to accept a position at The Plastic Surgery Center, Sacramento, CA. He completed his military career in the reserves and retired as a Lt Colonel in 2003. He founded Solano Plastic Surgery, Inc in 2004 which merged with Napa Valley Plastic Surgery to form Napa Solano Plastic Surgery in 2019. Dr Klink left private practice in California in June 2024 and has joined Vohra Wound Care Specialists in the Boston, Massachusetts area. Dr. Klink is board certified in Plastic Surgery and completed initial board certification in General Surgery in 1992. Vohra Wound Physicians welcomes Dr. Cherrie Hart, M.D., as the latest addition to our practice. Cherrie Hart is a physician who has worked in Primary Care in Greenville, NC since 2014, and in Charleston, SC prior to that. She grew up in Asheville, NC, and left that city just as it was starting to become cool! She was inspired to pursue a career in medicine after working in direct care and then as a Registered Nurse. Cherrie is a proud graduate of UNC-Asheville and the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Cherrie was previously the Section Chief for Primary Care for the VA Healthcare Center in Greenville and the Community-Based Outpatient Center, as well as more one-to-one positions providing comprehensive care to a broad spectrum of patients. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing games with family and friends, and decorating cakes. Vohra Wound Physicians welcomes Iesha Golden, FNP-BC, as the latest addition to our practice. Iesha grew up in Indianapolis, IN but has lived in Wichita, KS for 14 years. In Kansas, she began her nursing career. She obtained her associate degree at Hesston College in 2016 and became a Registered Nurse. She continued to attend school and obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2018 from Wichita State University, she later began to go back to school at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2019 and obtained her master’s degree in nursing in December 2023. Iesha has been a nurse for 8 years, with 4 years being long-term care experience, and 4 years being critical care experience in a medical intensive care unit where she gained knowledge about various types of illnesses and disease processes. She joined the ICU during the Covid pandemic which lasted about 2 years and had to slow down in school due to the pandemic.  Iesha is a certified FNP through the ANCC. She received a Daisy Award nomination and was nominated by a physician and a patient. Some of her hobbies/personal interests include reading for general knowledge/reading her bible, gaming when she has time, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends. She has three brothers and two sisters and is the eldest of them all. Vohra Wound Physicians welcomes Fernanda Reason, DNP, as the latest addition to our practice. Fernanda Reason is a board-certified nurse practitioner specialized in family medicine. She received both her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2021 from Florida Atlantic University, Florida.  She has been in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. She is passionate about bridging the gap in health care and aims to provide high-quality patient centered care. Her interest is in the art of wound healing and caring for others holistically.  In her personal time, she volunteers instructing a children’s choir. Vohra Wound Physicians welcomes Dr. Peter Gill, M.D., as the latest addition to our practice. Dr. Peter Gill was educated at Harvard College and Tufts University School of Medicine, graduating in 1981. He completed an internship and residency in Surgery at Bethesda Naval Hospital and served as a physician and surgeon with the 3rd Marine division in Okinawa, aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69), and as Clinical Assistant Professor in Surgery at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, until his release from active duty in 1990. Dr. Gill then joined a private practice at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, where he practiced (now as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Brown University) until the unfortunate demise of Memorial in 2016. Afterwards he joined with one of his former surgical trainees at Lahey Beverly Hospital in Beverly Mass. Dr. Gill retired from this recently, looking for part-time employment. He has had a beeper on his hip since 1979, and is looking forward to keeping busy, without rushing into the Emergency Room at 2 AM. Dr. Gill looks forward to spending more time with his wife and grandchildren, as well as travelling to visit all four of his daughters. Dr. Gill and his wife are keen walkers and have become amateur dendrologists (tree identifiers). Vohra Wound Physicians welcomes Dr. Kimberly Moran, M.D., as the latest addition to our practice.     Kimberly Moran Turner is a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist and has been in practice since 1995.  Most recently, she has been an attending gynecologic surgeon with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Columbia, MD caring for women of all ages in need of gynecologic surgery.  She is a proud graduate of Duke University Medical School and has been an active, busy clinician since graduation.  Choosing a career in women's health was a natural fit for this fun-loving, hard-working physician.      Having delivered over 5,000 babies in her career as well as managing complex gynecology patients for several years, she has chosen to transition into the new field of wound care.  Her special interests in gynecology are on aging and women's health, particularly menopausal and sexual health.    She is also a pastor's wife, mother and caregiver for her 85-year-old father who is thriving in a senior living community. Vohra Wound Physicians welcomes Dr. Christopher Yeary, D.O., as the latest addition to our practice.    Dr. Christopher Yeary D.O. is a general surgeon who graduated from the University of Pikeville-Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012.  He completed his general surgery residency at Garden City Hospital, MI in 2018. He is a native of Knott County Kentucky, he was driven to attend medical school to combat physician shortages.  He returned to the Appalachian region both in Kentucky and Virginia practicing rural surgery. Wound care has been a staple of his practice for 6 years now. He has several PubMed articles and enjoys academia. Vohra Wound Physicians welcomes Dr. Udoaku Lintula, M.D., as the latest addition to our practice. Dr. Udoaku Lintula is a physician with almost 10 years of experience in internal medicine. Dr. Lintula’s mother was the first female plastic surgeon in West Africa and growing up shadowing her, she got to appreciate how important optimizing wound healing after surgeries could be. She was born and raised in Nigeria and lived there most of her childhood then moved to America when she was ten. She completed middle school and high school in New York and New Jersey respectively. Dr. Lintula earned a Bachelor of Science at Tufts University then went on to Atlanta to complete medical school at Morehouse school of Medicine. She finished her training in internal medicine at the University of Colorado.
