As our Contracts Manager, she also adeptly manages our California transit customer’s Warranty Data Performance System, ensuring its success. Amtrak’s Supplier Diversity Office recently named Volanno a “Performance Champion” and invited Volanno’s CEO, Dawn Amore, PMP, CSM to their Partnering in Success forum. This recognition highlights Volanno’s innovative projects, including installing forward-facing cameras on diesel locomotives for real-time event response, enhancing GPS tracking for accurate train status updates, and equipping trains with fuel sensors and real-time mechanical data. Volanno’s CEO Dawn Amore, PMP, CSM, Chief Growth Officer Mark DeNicuolo, and our summer intern Harry attended the Flight Safety Foundation’s Networking and Awards Dinner and Amazon reception at the National Press Club. The evening honored JetBlue CEO Joanna Geraghty and Japan Airlines for their remarkable achievements and contributions to the aviation industry. We had the pleasure of seeing the legendary Robert Sumwalt, former Chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board. It was a wonderful evening filled with new and old industry connections, celebrating outstanding transportation leaders dedicated to the advancement and safety of aviation.
