VOLLMER CLOSE-UP: VGRIND 340S Unsere Anwendungstechniker haben für Sie einen Frässtift (Burr) mit einem Durchmesser von 5,5 mm und einer Werkzeuglänge von 53 mm produziert. Die Bearbeitungszeit für die 8 Schneiden inkl. Wechselzeiten des Werkzeugs lag bei beeindruckenden 2:45 Minuten. Solche Werkzeuge sind insbesondere in der Automobil- und Luftfahrtindustrie aber auch in der Medizin- und Kosmetikbranche zu finden. Hier werden sie vor allem beim Ausfräsen, Entgraten, der Bearbeitung von Schweißnähten und der Erzeugung von Durchbrüchen eingesetzt.
