VPhA 2024 Award Winners! 🌟 Dr. Henry Ranger is the 2024 recipient of the Excellence in Innovation Award. He has transformed community healthcare since opening The Prescription Shoppe in 2019 with his wife, Dr. Jade Ranger. Together, they launched their region’s first drive-thru COVID-19 vaccine clinic, administering over 10,000 doses—a model later adopted by major healthcare systems in the area. Henry co-founded Ranger Consulting to empower future pharmacists pursuing ownership, helping to grow the community pharmacy landscape from the ground up!
