  • Last week, Wadsworth Development Group had the privilege of volunteering at Volunteers of America’s Youth Resource Center. This vital facility offers a safe haven for young adults aged 15 to 22 who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness. We prepared and served lunch, contributing to the essential support services that provide meals, shelter, and critical life skills. It’s a reminder of the resilience these young individuals embody as they navigate their challenges. Together, we can help create a brighter future for our youth.

  • The School Yard is sold! Acquired by Wadsworth Development Group in 2019, The School Yard project is anchored by Shake Shack, housed in the beautifully restored Valley High School building. The development has been recognized by Preservation Utah in both 2020 and 2021 for WDG’s exceptional adaptive reuse efforts. Located just north of 11400 S on State Street in Sandy, Utah, the property spans 5.44 acres. A special thank you to Bryce Blanchard of Newmark for facilitating the transaction.

  • As part of our dedication to our local community, our team at recently completed a landscaping service project at YWCA Utah, refreshing their outdoor spaces with new plantings and maintenance.
