CEO, Adult Non-Alcoholic Beverage Association | Writing about entrepreneurship and my work in changing the way the world drinks.
The rise of adult non-alcoholic drinks is NOT a trend. #NAdrinks are now part of the beverage landscape and in 2024, we will see even more growth. This will be even more clear at bars and restaurants. As Wine Enthusiast says, "Not having these options on drink menus will seem a glaring omission." More and more people will stop going to establishments that don't carry a good selection of NA drinks to those that do. "'Everyone’s expanding their low-abv stuff,' notes Orlando Franklin McCray, bar director of Brooklyn’s Nightmoves. 'Consumers are more and more okay with not drinking, to have something that’s a mocktail at a bar that’s supposed to resemble a cocktail.'” "'The proliferation of NA spirits and other ingredients also has helped expand drink options. At the same time, rising demand from consumers has “forced mixologists to be more creative and mindful in their mixology,” says Raven Randolph, assistant director of food & beverage at Mango House Seychelles, yielding 'far more inclusive' drink options." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ♻️ #Reshare if you found this interesting and follow me, Marcos Salazar 🍺🍷🥃, for more insights and trends on the adult #nonalcoholic beverage category. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ https://lnkd.in/eY3fSWHC #nonalcoholic #drinksbusiness #drinks #alcoholfree #mindfulness #nabeveages #beer #wine #spirit #mocktail
