In just 11 weeks, Ward worked with then Change Happens! to create a new website and launch its name change and new brand identity, Civic Heart Community Services, to stakeholders at their annual Spring fundraising breakfast. Then, kept the momentum going with ongoing media placements to raise awareness of the organization and its many services to help people empower themselves.
