Kinsley Properties and Royal Square Development & Construction (RSDC) joined forces for the adaptive reuse and conversation of a vacant office building into the 43-unit apartment complex. Yesterday was a great day for Bags and Brews at ARCO Design/Build's Annual Event. Dylan Spanier, Troy Bankert, AIA, Joe Stein, and David Koratich represented for Team Warehaus. In rare form, neither team made the finals, but it doesn't matter when you're having fun!

Warehaus tackles the details on all types of project sizes! From museum design to security entrance enhancements, we've got our clients covered. The Gettysburg Foundation is working with Warehaus once again, this time on the design of a secure entrance at the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center. The project addresses security concerns to ensure visitors are directed to the correct security checkpoint upon entrance to the museum. Warehaus is providing architectural services, including existing conditions documentation and development of construction documents for bidding and permitting purposes.
