📣 Exciting News 📣 Washington Regional Medical Center is proud to have one of the lowest hospital readmission rates in the entire country and the best acute hospital readmission rate in the state! What does that mean for our patients? Readmission rates are an important measure of quality, and lower readmission rates indicate high quality care and lower costs for patients. The readmission rate is the percentage of patients who are readmitted to the hospital within a specific time after being discharged.
