As a key member of the AOC Leadership Team, you would collaborate with staff at all levels, providing strategic recommendations to executive management, judges, and court personnel regarding the services offered by the AOC Management Services Division. Public Hearing Notice: The Washington Supreme Court will hold a second and final public hearing on Wed., Nov. 13 to hear testimony on proposed changes to the Court’s standards for indigent (public) defense. The hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon at the Temple of Justice on the Capital Campus in Olympia, and testimony will be taken both in-person and over Zoom. Advance registration is required to testify in either format via the link below. “We are delighted to welcome the public back to the Temple of Justice on the Capitol Campus.” -WA State Supreme Court Chief Justice Steven González. Beginning today, following a two-year renovation of the 112-year-old Temple of Justice in Olympia, WA, the building has now reopened to visitors! First opened in 1912 as the first state capitol building to be built on the Capitol Campus, renovations included replacing aged heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as lighting and plumbing systems throughout the building. The first Washington State Supreme Court oral arguments will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, and will be broadcast live on TVW Washington's Public Affairs Network. Visiting hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. via the south-side entrance facing the legislative building.
