Superintendent Joe Ernst and University of Nevada, Reno President Brian Sandoval visited Reed High School to meet some of our impressive Dual Credit Enrollment students, who are earning college credits while still in high school! 🎓 Over lunch, these students had the chance to talk with President Sandoval about everything from navigating registration and coursework to the satisfaction of achieving college credits early. The University of Nevada, Reno is just one of many partners helping Washoe County School District students get a head start on their college journey. This was a taping at an elementary school during the “Great Shakeout” - when millions of people worldwide participate in an earthquake drill at 10:17 on 10/17 WCSD students regularly participate in various drills, this one in particular is an annual tradition.
