By getting more data, Haley Paul of the National Audubon Society said “it’s another way to make the invisible visible.” Despite lack of legislation to implement groundwater management, there's been progress in getting people on all sides of the issue to join the discussion. “Doing nothing doesn’t seem to be an answer anymore,” Inside Climate News.
