Watson Powers Coaching was created by Gordon Watson and Steve Powers to assist agents in accomplishing this objective. Both Watson and Powers began professionally coaching real estate agents in 1996 and have combined for over 50 years of coaching and more than 130,000 coaching calls. They have coached individuals and real estate teams in all 50 states as well as Canada. Having coached through many real estate cycles, they have learned how to successfully navigate through all types of markets. Through their many years of coaching experience, they have coached and helped to organize some of the most successful teams in North America. After recognizing a void in the real estate industry in the area of real estate team coaching, Watson and Powers chose to pool their collective experience to create systems, procedures and a “CUTTING EDGE” software program designed to assist in managing the entire team.   • Cydney Fullen is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience. She launched her career in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 1984, quickly establishing herself as a top salesperson. By 1991, she was closing 125 deals annually. In 1996, she became Vice President of Sales for one of the largest Prudential franchises in the country. From 1999 to 2003, Cydney served as the managing partner of a multi-office Keller Williams company, where she successfully recruited over 100 agents each year. In 2005, she moved to Little Rock, Arkansas, taking on the role of Training and Recruiting Director for nine Coldwell Banker offices, a position she held until 2011.From 2011 to 2023, Cydney was a coach for the Mike Ferry Organization. She currently coaches for Watson Powers Coaching and serves as the Broker Owner of the Legacy Team in Little Rock, Arkansas.
