WWBH Principal Brandon Copeland received a unanimous verdict on behalf of his client in a liability contested vehicle collision lawsuit. Utilizing the vehicle data recorders and vehicle inspection which showed no or little damage to the vehicle, in addition to producing evidence that the Plaintiff was more seriously injured in an accident 2 ½ years before this case, the St. Louis County jury was unanimous in finding for the WWBH client. WWBH Principals Bradley Hansmann and Dan Hunkins obtained summary judgment in favor of their client in a $1.2 million wrongful death lawsuit. After engaging in extensive fact discovery and expert discovery, Brad and Dan filed a motion for summary judgment arguing that plaintiffs’ claim was barred by the acceptance doctrine. After briefing the issue and hearing oral arguments, the court granted summary judgment in favor of WWBH’s client. Congratulations to Brad and Dan on a job well done!!
