This lets you send surveys to your entire team via Slack or Teams (soon), giving you insights into their mood, frustrations, and potential blockers. Here is how to do that: • To create a survey, first open the DX module from the Health section. • Click the Create New Survey button. • Choose between creating a blank survey or one of our templates (Developer Experience Pulse, Async Stand-up, Sprint Retrospective, and more) • Customize your questions in any format you want by dragging and dropping the elements from the right side (single select options, text areas, yes/no questions, and more.) • Set up the teams, participants, and time you want this to be sent. • Track the answers and results for any of your surveys by clicking the View button corresponding to the survey.

We had our 2024 YC alumni meeting in San Francisco, and I had the privilege of hearing from Alexander Wang (Scale AI) He’s only 27 and has been running his AI company for almost a decade now. Just last month, they reached $1 billion in revenue—4x growth from the previous year, which is incredible. Alexander shared how he pivoted when they had $200M ARR, using AI, and talked about how the future will exactly like in Transformers. After the event, Valentin and I spent two hours brainstorming, and we believe he’s right—the future might be one where software engineering, as we know it today, won’t exist. Intelligence will be at the core of everything. We’ve come up with some exciting ideas on how to incorporate this into the software intelligence market, and we’re really looking forward to delivering results by the end of the year with our team at Waydev. We’ve been building Waydev in this Blue Ocean Market since 2017, and now it’s time for the next chapter, where we’ll be integrating intelligence in a way no one has seen before. Stay tuned, it’s going to be an amazing journey!
