We recently had some professional photos taken of an elegant and timeless installation we completed two years ago for G Marie Luxuries. Interface’s Net Effect carpet collection was the perfect floor specification contributing to this meticulous design. ‘Inspired by the color and movement of the oceans, this collection was designed as a tribute to honor the ocean.’ We started this installation with a softer blue field carpet tile in the center of the space, that deepens in color as we transitioned to the perimeter, creating a stunning and impactful visual effect. The crew knocked out this job within 3 days, a total of about 7,000sf We used Mannington Spacia LVP and Schönox SL for a skim coat over the entire floor. Did you know? Many people are aware of the option to sand and refinish their existing hardwood floors. This is a good option if there are deep surface scratches and/or if a completely different color is desired. However, a complete sand and refinish may not be necessary if you simply want to brighten up your existing wood and bring it back to life. Here are some photos of a screen and recoat job we completed for a dance studio in Virginia Beach. This process involves a light buffing of the wood prior to the application of a new polyurethane top-coat. This will not change the color, nor will it eliminate deep scratches. However, it will provide a new and refreshed look! Interior renovation at Whiskey Kitchen! ✅ We’re excited to share one of our latest projects we completed last month at Whiskey Kitchen! This project totaled approximately 3,300 square ft and involved demo of existing epoxy and ceramic tile flooring, installation of a moisture control system, a 1/4” self leveling underlayment, and installation of new LVP, epoxy, trim, and buildout of a new wood frame around the bar foot rest.
