WDS has signed several design-build projects this past month that have the potential to keep us very busy through 2025. We are looking to hire candidates who want to gain experience working amongst the action, right on the front lines. These will be both Tenant Inprovement and Ground-up Projects in the Industrial, Restaurant, Retail and Office /Warehouse sectors. It has been exciting to already receive several resumes over the weekend both in and outside of LinkedIn. Without it being our goal, Office-Warehouse related projects (like Mall Shoe Stores) are becoming one of our strengths. After gaining Occupancy for this Tenant’s office buildout, we are stepping out into their adjacent Warehouse space to assist with their Racking for High-Piled Storage. It all began during a lease negotiation in December where we were instrumental in helping the Broker and Owner navigate what the process might look like for this Tenant to become another successful occupant of their large shell building.
