Did you know? 💡 Only 0.4% of board seats in Fortune 500 companies are held by openly LGBTQ+ directors. 💡 In the tech sector, only 2-3% of the workforce identifies as LGBTQ+. This underrepresentation isn't just a matter of equity: it's a missed opportunity for businesses. LGBTQ+ leaders create more innovative and inclusive workplace cultures and are extremely valuable when serving diverse customer bases. 📈 In our new report we examine the barriers holding back LGBTQ+ leaders and provide 5 solutions you can act on today to help LGBTQ+ talent thrive in your business. 💻 Read the full article: https://lnkd.in/eEFV6Yx9 #DEI #InclusiveLeadership #TalentDevelopment
