Bay FC has been working closely with Founding Partner Visa to inspire the players of tomorrow. Last week, defender Caprice Dydasco, midfielder Joelle Anderson, and forward Caroline Conti helped lead drills in a youth soccer clinic we jointly hosted with Soccer Without Borders. One participant was selected to be the honorary Captain for our match against Orlando presented by Visa, where she accompanied Bay FC Captain Emily Menges during the procession, coin toss and starting XI photo. Thanks to Visa, the first 5000 fans that entered the stadium last Friday night also received unique player cards featuring photos of the squad from their youth soccer days. Bay FC players went on to autograph the cards to gift to fans awaiting their arrival. Watch here: https://lnkd.in/gvE-97-z A key pillar of Visa and Bay FC’s long-term partnership is impacting access and equity for Bay Area youth soccer. Stay tuned for more information on initiatives that help create solutions for our community and increase female representation and access for young players.
