🗣️ Tony Greene, president of NFP’s Executive Benefits division, recently spoke with Frederic Lee from Agenda Magazine about what the outcome of the presidential election could mean for corporate #compensation committees. ✔️ Regardless of the results, there will likely be meaningful changes, and Tony emphasized the importance of being prepared for a variety of economic scenarios. 🔎 Committees that oversee corporate compensation decisions will need to revisit their policies to consider potential #tax law changes and their effects on #ExecutiveCompensation and workforce management. 🔑 The article cited the 2024 #NFP US Executive Compensation and Benefits Trend Report to show that nonqualified deferred compensation plans (NQDCPs) have a positive impact on plan success.
