This week has been a rewarding one for growing our Irrigation techs and AM teams. I had the opportunity to visit and train with our Houston Central LandCare branch, where we installed three WeatherMatic SmartLink controllers at The Woodlands Resort. It was exciting to see Alvaro, their technician and AMs,transition from paper inspections to 21st-century, iPad-based SmartLink inspections. Now, our AMs will be able to provide clients with clean, detailed reports that include photos, enhancing our communication and professionalism. At LandCare, we strive to use smart controllers to manage our customers’ irrigation systems more efficiently, creating beautiful spaces for everyone to enjoy. A big thank you to the Houston team for hosting me and making this week’s training a success.

NALP Elevate attendees, you answered the call in a big way! $42,000 RAISED AT COCKTAILS FOR A CAUSE!!! 🎉🎉 Last night McFarlin Stanford , The Grow Group , Unlimited Labor Solutions , and Weathermatic hosted our annual NALP event with our Partners and Friends. But last night was special. We set a goal to raise $3500 to fund the drilling of a clean water well in Guatemala in memorial of Brodie Bruner But the amazing National Association of Landscape Professionals #Elevate attendees said “HOLD MY BEER” Together we raised $21k in under an hour, with a last minute MATCH bringing us to $42,000!!! Thank you all for making last night possible, together we will bring clean water to 12 communities in need and service more than 3600 people 🤯🤯 Now that’s some good news to start a stressful #election day

When the hand pump in Village 5 broke down, the 85 residents resorted to rainwater collection devices, which proved insufficient during dry seasons and hot summer months. This led to water scarcity, forcing them to ration water and suffer from water-related illnesses, impacting their socio-economic stability. Leaders reached out for assistance, leading to the successful rehabilitation of a dysfunctional well, providing safe drinking water for the community. The community was also educated on sustainable water management practices and hygiene promotion activities.
