Post-grad life update! Worked more festivals, moved across the country, and got a new job! Another festival run in the books! I was on the Artist Hospitality team for Hangout Music Festival, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Soundside, and Austin City Limits. My favorite moment was managing the hospitality for THAT Tent at Bonnaroo. I was in charge of making sure all rider items were set, stage coolers were filled, and artist teams were satisfied. I’m always so grateful to work with this team and continue learning more about the festival world. My favorite part about festivals is discovering an artist at one festival and then getting to watch their growth throughout the rest of the summer. Watching Chappell Roan’s crowd grow this year was such a gift! Amidst all the festival work, I moved to LA! I’ve always wanted to live in LA, so taking the leap was a huge deal for me. While still looking for full-time opportunities, I started working as an Artist Hospitality Coordinator for TaDa! Events. This has allowed me to fulfill artist hospitality needs at some of the most iconic venues like the Kia Forum and Greek Theatre! My favorite show yet has been Gracie Abrams at the Greek. Some other gigs I was lucky enough to be part of since being in LA are Fool in Love Fest and Green Day at Sofi Stadium! Huge thank you to Amanda Forbes for hiring me as a Friends & Family Assistant for the day. This is a year filled with a lot of change and I’m taking on the challenge! Thanks to everyone for being so supportive on the big move. If any of you are in LA, I would love to connect! :)
