    Thank you, American University - Kogod School of Business and Danielle Vogel for hosting us this week! It was an honor for our CEO, Sarah Frimpong, to participate in the "Game Changers in Sustainability" series. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at Wellfound, especially when it comes to redefining convenient dining locally. It was awesome to share our journey and pick up some great tips from other business leaders in sustainability. 

    At Kogod, we're all about sustainability—so #EarthDay was kind of a big deal for us. On Monday, we brought sustainability-minded entrepreneurs Sarah Frimpong of Wellfound Foods, Myles Powell of Myles Comfort Foods, and Amir Mostafavi of South Block to campus for the Gamechangers in Sustainability Founders' Forum. These three local business leaders talked about environmental, cultural, and financial sustainability with Kogod professor Danielle Vogel, an entrepreneur herself. Missed the event?     Soggy bread and wilting salads? Not for our community! Our featured venture of today is Wellfound Foods. They are transforming the way we access 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡, 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬. Wellfound Foods combines smart vending and machine learning to make nutritious eating convenient and accessible around the clock through their network of tech-enabled vending machines. Wellfound Foods, led by Sarah Frimpong, is on a mission to revolutionize the food landscape in Washington D.C., especially in Wards 7 and 8. Their mission is to ensure that individuals never have to compromise on quality for convenience. Besides providing accessible healthy meals, our venture also engaged in community support, with 100% of unsold meals being donated to local partner organizations. Their presence in the wards is a significant step towards bridging the nutritional gap and fostering 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬. During this new year, join us in celebrating the innovative spirit of Wellfound Foods.
