This event celebrates mentorship, skill-sharing, and a bright future for our industry in the state of Indiana! 💪🌟 With nine high school teams (a big leap from last year’s 2!) and industry pros guiding them, students tackled real-world construction challenges: surveying, equipment checks, precise grading, safety and more. And it wasn’t just a competition—mentors from some of Indiana's leading construction businesses turned the day into an unforgettable, hands-on experience. Last week, we proudly launched our first Industry Pathways: Career Experience focusing on Equipment Technicians and Operators, in Johnsburg, Illinois! In partnership with the The AED Foundation and SkillsUSA Illinois, this hands-on event connected 550+ students from 21 schools with 85 industry reps from 17 leading employers. Students had the chance to learn about industry careers and try out equipment firsthand!
