Qualifications: - Training: Current West Virginia License or temporary permit to practice as a licensed practical nurse. Successful completion of course in intravenous therapy and training in venipuncture permits the LPN to start intravenous fluids. Compensation: - Annual salary starts at $30,273 with special hiring rates for the following facilities: - $54,080.00 - Berkley-Morgan County Health Department - $54,080.00 - Jefferson County Health Department - $42,167.84 - WV Veterans Home, Barboursville, WV - $42,167.84 - WV Veterans Nursing Facility, Clarksburg, WV - $39,124.80 - Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department - $32,240.00 - Clay County Health Department - Applicants with additional training or experience may be hired above the special hiring rates.
