Welcome to What If.

About us

Our mission is to meet our goals by helping our people, our customers, our shareholders and our communities meet theirs - and to enjoy the journey. Large banks offer a lot of products and services, but customers are usually lost in the shuffle. Smaller banks offer better customer service but fewer locations and limited products. We believe there should be a happy medium. That’s us. Our approach is pretty simple: we treat you like our neighbor and serve you better because we ARE your neighbors. The money is earned in the community and re-invested in the community. Member FDIC.

Last week, FHLBank Chicago awarded Gaining Grit Health & Healing LLC a grant of $15,000 through its Community First Accelerate Grants for Small Business program. Gaining Grit’s mission is to help athletes and active people in Kewaskum and the surrounding area; to solve the root cause of their physical limitation so they can reach their goals and achieve full athletic/active potential. Keeping the community happy and healthy is their goal! Bryana, owner of Gaining Grit said, “This grant is amazing, as it came at the perfect time. I just hired a full-time employee, and with hiring a full-time employee, comes more growth physically in my space. I will be using the grant to FINALLY get a sign on the front of my building, add rubber flooring for the facility, extra rehab equipment, and if there would be money left over, I would use that to create an office space for myself and my employees (we currently share the front desk as an office space).” Accelerate Grants assist the growth and development of small businesses in Illinois and Wisconsin, creating economic opportunity in the communities FHLBank Chicago members serve. Through its member institutions, FHLBank Chicago offers grants of up to $30,000 to eligible small businesses. Westbury Bank is proud to sponsor businesses in our community for these grants!

Westbury Bank was stoked to be a Totally Tubular sponsor for the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce's "The 80’s In August" event. Jade Verhaalen and her homies were psyched about the costume contest and food trucks, and like rockin' out to the killer 80's hits performed by Totally Neon... that band is legit! 😎 Dude, it was so rad, we could not even.

Westbury employees Meg and Chad had a fun night volunteering at Community Park for last week’s Slinger Night Out! They weren’t the only ones to have fun… Family, friends, and neighbors from Slinger and surrounding areas came together to enjoy live music, food, games, swag and various displays for several businesses, groups and programs offered in Slinger. It was a great night and we all look forward to next year!
