Last month, I joined some of our colleagues from our Denver HQ in a market tour and experienced what it’s like to be a Teller at Western Union. In addition to one of our company-owned stores, we visited La Plaza Colorado and Walmart in Aurora, Colorado, where we had a firsthand experience that highlighted the impact we have on our customers’ lives. Spending the day in the field, I was privileged to connect with our diverse clientele and ensure their hard-earned money reaches loved ones across the globe. The dedication of our team and the trust our customers place in us were both incredibly inspiring. It’s clear to me now more than ever how crucial it is to stay connected and understand the unique needs of those we represent and serve. This experience has deepened my appreciation for the role we play in people’s lives.
