The team has made fantastic strides on our new rental development in Dorchester!⁠ ⁠ We’ve completed the exterior facade, roof, electrical and mechanical installations, and insulation work. We have a soft spot for older homes, as they’re brimming with charm and character. Imagining the potential in these properties comes naturally to us. We focus not only on the structure but also on the unique details that set each home apart.⁠ ⁠ Here’s a throwback to a special project we tackled two years ago in Jamaica Plain.
