Today is Women’s Equality Day and falls on the anniversary of the certification of the Nineteenth Amendment, which gave women the right to vote. This day makes me think about all the people who supported me early in my career, especially mentors like Barbara A. Jerich, Bob Eichinger, Angela Ahrendts, Denise Young and Sam Smith. I try to pass it forward as much as I can. 😊 Feel free to share a shoutout to your mentors!

Dhivya Suryadevara, Former CFO of General Motors, shares invaluable wisdom on achieving success with purposeful dedication. In a world filled with distractions and competing demands, focusing on what truly matters sets the stage for extraordinary achievement. We should challenge ourselves to move beyond the status quo, and to excel in our chosen areas rather than spreading ourselves thin trying to master everything. As we navigate our careers and personal growth journeys, learn to hone our skills and channel our energy into what aligns with our goals and values, as we will not only elevate our performance but also pave the way for meaningful impact and success.
