The Intimidator™ 12XPC is a simplified version of the 12XP, yet still rugged enough to chip material up to 12" in diameter. The 12XPC features the same drum and feed system as the 12XP, but designed to be more compact and economical. Engine options are limited up to 84 horsepower and the unit features a lighter infeed, and a smaller axle and tires when compared to the 12XP. Due to the popularity of the tow-behind model, a track version of the 1425 was developed. The track undercarriage increases versatility, allowing it to easily be maneuvered and positioned. All track and grinding functions are controlled by a wireless radio remote control. A Caterpillar 308 steel track undercarriage offers a stable grinding platform for a variety of terrain. The 1425 track is rated as a 14" capacity machine and features a 20" high x 25" wide mill opening. A Caterpillar 174 horsepower Tier 4 engine provides added torque and power compared to the 1425 towable. The infeed is 24” wide x 7’ long and is configured with a rubber or steel conveyor. The 1425 has Bandit’s cuttermill that is 36” diameter and equipped with 14 teeth. A stationary discharge system with a stacking height of 7' is standard and a magnetic head pulley is available to separate nails for those grinding pallets. The Bandit® Model 75XP features the same features and options as the popular Model 65XP but has a feed wheel that pivots in the opposite direction which allows the feed wheel to be in close proximity to the chipper disc reducing the chances for smaller pieces to wedge or bind the feed system. The throat opening is 7" high x 12" wide and compared to most competitors in this size range the width is nearly double making this unit one of the more production machines in this size range. Choose from Kohler 25 or 37 or Briggs 35 horsepower gas engines options. A single 2,200 pound axle is standard, and a 3,500 pound axle with 14" tires can be ordered as an option giving the unit a more rugged look. The feed system consists of a single pivoting top feed wheel driven via a 24.95 CID hydraulic motor. Down pressure springs are featured on each side of the feed wheel providing over 550 pounds of down pressure allowing the 75XP to easily pull and compress material into the chipper.
